The entrance to our office is on Garfield Street just west of Queen Anne Avenue.  Go up a flight of stairs into the building and our door is at the top.  Our wheelchair accessible entrance is located at 1529 Queen Anne Ave.  Let us know in advance if you need to use the accessible entrance.
